The location of your RV’s VIN varies between models. The most common locations are listed below
- Driver’s door jamb
- Registration paperwork, vehicle title or insurance card
- Federal Identification Tag, typically located on the driver’s sidewall near the driver’s seat
- The outside lower corner of the windshield on the driver’s side

Members throughout the U.S. and Canada are covered for fuel, towing, batteries, slide-outs, and lockouts. After the complimentary first initial year approaches expiring, renewing your membership is fast and easy. Follow the link below or call 855-268-0414 to extend REV Assist– and your peace of mind – for one, two or three years at a time (fees will apply).

The REV RV Family provides several ways for RV owners to locate the closest authorized dealer or service center. It is important to use an authorized REV RV dealer to ensure repairs and service are completed in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.

OPTION 1: Contact a dealership
Schedule a service appointment with the dealership that sold you the RV or an authorized REV RV dealer. Authorized dealers are trained to diagnose and repair REV RV products. Yes, the American Coach warranty is fully transferable within the coverage period. Complete the change of ownership form and submit it to Customer Service. The new owner will receive the remaining warranty coverage.

To qualify for a return, an authorization is required It must be completed within 60 days of the original invoice date and must be in new condition in original packaging. Restocking fees and shipping charges may apply.

Your refund will be processed once your returned part is received and inspected at our warehouse. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method that was used at order placement. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing. If you have not received your refund, please refer to the FAQ on contacting Parts.
You will be provided with a Limited Coach (House) Warranty and a Structural Limited Warranty. The coverage length depends on the model.

- Household appliances (i.e., refrigerator, washer/dryer, dishwasher, etc.)

Any appliance warranty registrations must be completed and submitted to the OEM immediately upon the initial retail sale. Your dealer should assist with this process.

Your routine maintenance schedule is typically located in your Owner’s Manual or Warranty & Maintenance Guide that was provided at delivery. Inside the guide it outlines what service is required and when.
Your RV’s towing capacity depends on chassis limits, hitch rating, and weight ratings. The correct towing capacity is calculated as: GCWR minus Actual Loaded RV Weight.
You must also stay within the hitch’s maximum rating. Please refer to your owner’s manual for correct towing procedures as well as your federal certification tag for weight ratings and capacity.
GCWR (Gross Combined Weight Rating) is the maximum allowable weight of your RV plus the vehicle or trailer you are towing. You must also stay within the hitch’s maximum rating.
